RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

⚠️ Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@linden-lace.com, and we will assist you further.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
