About the role
As a Customer Experience & Sales Support team member, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers feel heard, supported, and confident when shopping with us online.
You will be responsible for providing thoughtful assistance and maintaining a positive, trustworthy brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via email in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
- Help customers with sizing, fit, and product-related questions
- Support customers before and after purchase, including order and delivery inquiries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to customer orders
- Contribute to a calm, consistent customer experience aligned with our brand values
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer service or fashion retail is a plus
- Strong written communication skills in English
- A friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfort working remotely in a flexible online environment
